Service Restored
After temporarily having had to disable uploads there we’ve worked out that the issue appears to be that our redis server crashed, which was making everything else misbehave and throw wobblies about everything. Having fixed that the load has come down a lot and is looking far more manageable now, so uploading has been re-enabled and you should be able to use the site properly again. Enjoy!
